REFUND/RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will refund your money. To initiate a refund/return by phone, please call (833) 3-TriKeto between 9 am ET and 5:00 PM ET. Please have the product lot, best by date, and invoice number available when you call.

If you would like to initiate a return/refund by email, please send the following information to info@3keto.com:

·       Product lot number

·       Best by date (located on the back of the packet)

·       Date of purchase

·       Invoice number

·       Place of purchase (e.g., Amazon, 3Keto.com website)

·       Reason for dissatisfaction with the product

We will do our best to respond to your email and process your refund within one business day.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCT

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement. To initiate product replacement by phone, please call (833) 3-TriKeto between 9 am ET and 5:00 PM ET. Please have the product lot, best by date, and invoice number available when you call. You may be asked to provide us with a photograph of the damaged product.
